About Us

Dora-Paul Empowerment Initiatives is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) as well as a charity based organization that caters for the needy and serves to alleviate poverty in our society especially within our environs. As a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), it is established not for the purpose of profit making. Dora-Paul is an organisation registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja on November 1, 2011 and Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, Abuja, Nigeria.

Objectives of Dora-Paul

  • 1. To assist the poorest household particularly the most disadvantaged groups, namely women and children.
  • 2. To promote and develop women enterpreneurship through the following:
    • a. Providing access to institutional credit revolving funds/loan and guarantee schemes.
    • b. Offering business skills/training, technical assistance, advisory and counseling service.
    • c. Promoting internal generation of resources among women and youths through saving mobilization.
  • 3. Generation of income for the rural population throuhg a variety of Projects.
  • 4. To provide social and economical development among youths in the rural area.
  • 5. To provide training to early school dropout on home management and job skills.
  • 6. To undertake research work and Data Analysis.
  • 7. To provide medical advice and attention to the vulnerable
