To mobilize resource through government grant and trustee fund etc and rehabilitate the active poor people in the society by providing clothing, food, educational/medical assistance and establishment of skill acquistion centers to assist the neediest in the society.

To assist the poorest household particularly the most disadvantages groups, namely women and children. To promote and develop women enterpreneurship through the following:

• Providing access to institutional credit revolving funds/loan and guarantee schemes.
• Offering business skills/training, technical assistance, advisory and counseling service.
• Promoting internal generation of resources among women and youths through saving mobilization.
• Generation of income for the rural population throuhg a variety of Projects.
• To provide social and economical development among youths in the rural area.
• To provide training to early school dropout on home management and job skills.
• To undertake research work and Data Analysis.
• To provide medical advice and attention to the vulnerable.
